Sarah is the creator and owner of Acacia Play.
When Sarahs daughter was only 5 months old Acacia Play was born out of the desire to attend a group that provided connection with community and a space for her daughter to experience the benefits of time in nature. With her mothers own permaculture farm providing the perfect space Sarah decided to offer exactly what she was looking for.
Sarah has over 10 year experience working within the youth and disability services, and within the Steiner education system as both a teachers assistant and as a wellbeing mentor. Sarah is currently completing studies in holistic counselling.
Sarah has a strong belief that time in nature nurtures both our physical and emotional wellbeing and strives to advocate for ensuring our next generation have the opportunity to love our natural environment in order to care for it in the future.
Sarah facilitates the Tuesday and Thursday sessions at The Farm.
